✦ Anti-Wrinkle Injections (Botox)
Immediately after treatment:
- Remain upright for 4 hours
- Do not touch or rub the treated area
- Gently move facial muscles for the first hour
For 24 hours:
- Avoid makeup (minimum 6–8 hours)
- No exercise or alcohol
- Avoid heat (saunas, steam, hot showers)
For 48 hours:
- Avoid facials or massage
- Avoid pressure on the area
Results:
- Develop over 3–7 days
- Full effect at 10–14 days
✦ Dermal Filler
Immediately after treatment:
- Swelling, redness, and bruising are normal
- Apply a cold compress gently if needed
- Avoid touching the area, and keep area clean
For 24–48 hours:
- Avoid alcohol or exercise
- Avoid makeup for 12–24 hours
- Avoid heat exposure
For up to 2 weeks:
- Avoid facials or massage
- Avoid pressure (including sleeping on area)
- Avoid dental work
Results:
- Swelling settles within 3–7 days (lips may take longer)
- Healing process can take 2 weeks. Final results at 2 weeks
✦ Skin Boosters
Immediately after treatment:
- Small lumps at injection points are normal
- Avoid touching the area
For 24 hours:
- No makeup if possible
- Avoid exercise and alcohol
- Avoid heat
For 48 hours:
- Avoid active skincare (retinol, acids)
- No facials or massage
Results:
- Skin improves over 2–4 weeks
- Course of treatments recommended
✦ 🚨 Important: Complications & Vascular Occlusion (VO)
Although rare, dermal filler carries a risk of vascular occlusion, which requires urgent treatment.
Contact us immediately if you experience:
- Severe or increasing pain (especially out of proportion)
- Skin turning pale, white, grey, or mottled
- Coolness of the skin in the treated area
- Dusky or blotchy discolouration
- Delayed capillary refill
- Visual disturbance (blurred vision, loss of vision)

Seek advice immediately if you notice:
- Increasing redness, heat, or swelling
- Pus or discharge
- Fever or feeling unwell
