✦ Appointments & Deposits
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
If more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
For prescription-only treatments (including anti-wrinkle consultations), the booking fee covers consultation time with the prescriber and remains non-refundable regardless of treatment outcome.
Prices are subject to change at any time but will always be confirmed prior to your appointment.
✦ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. If we are unable to proceed, this will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
By booking, you authorise By Caitlin C to charge any outstanding fees in line with this policy.
✦Medical Information & Suitability
All clients must complete a full medical consultation form prior to treatment.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and previous treatments.
By Caitlin C reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in your best interest.
In some cases, medical clearance from a GP or prescriber may be required before proceeding.
✦ Age Policy
You must be aged 18 or over to undergo any injectable or advanced aesthetic treatments.
Valid photographic identification may be required.
✦Consultations, Consent & Treatment
A full consultation and informed consent process will take place prior to any treatment.
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment on the day. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment plans based on clinical judgment.
Prescription-only treatments are subject to approval by a qualified prescriber. If you are not deemed suitable, treatment will not proceed.
✦ Results & Treatment Longevity
Aesthetic results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Treatment longevity differs from person to person and is influenced by factors including metabolism, lifestyle, and anatomy.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.
Common side effects such as swelling, bruising, redness, and temporary asymmetry are normal and expected.
✦ Aftercare & Client Responsibility
You will be provided with full aftercare advice following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this guidance.
By Caitlin C cannot be held liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
If you experience any concerns or unexpected reactions, you must contact us as soon as possible so appropriate advice or treatment can be provided.

All aesthetic treatments carry risks, which will be fully discussed during your consultation.
In the rare event of a complication, appropriate clinical protocols will be followed to manage the situation safely.
✦ Reviews & Additional Treatments
Review appointments or additional treatments are offered at the practitioner’s discretion and may incur an additional charge.
Results will always be assessed clinically, and treatment decisions will be made in your best interest.
