This service is for any new clients that would like to book in but require a removal of their previous BIAB or gel polish. Please note that I do not remove acrylic nails.
If you have any damage, discolouration or potential infection to your nail please message me before booking. I will not work over any contraindications if deemed unsafe.
If you have any questions or things you’d like to mention regarding your nails or you’re not sure on the product that they have applied please message me so we can understand together.

Terms and conditions
• I do not apply extensions with any service, I only work on natural nails. This also applies for nail repairs.
• All nail art must be discussed before the time of your booking.
• Please arrive to your appointment on time, unfortunately, if you are over 15 mins late to your appointment, your booking may be cancelled and you loose your deposit.
• Any ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee of £20 on-top of your deposit, from the card registered on the booking system.
• Please give 48hrs notice if you need to reschedule your booking. You may reschedule 1 time. The second reschedule is marked as a cancellation and you will need to pay a new deposit to book.
• Cancellations made inside of the 48hr window will be charged £10 on top of the deposit
• I accept Apple Pay, AMEX, Bank Transfer & Cash, whichever is best for you. please try to bring an exact amount when paying with cash.
•Toilets are accessible on site.
• If you arrive to your appointment with nails on that were not done by me I will have to turn you away and you will be charged the full £20 cancellation fee. Please book for a ‘foreign removal’ on top of your chosen set to ensure I have the proper time to complete your service.
•Any booking that is placed on Solo, confirms that you are agreeing to these policies and my terms and conditions.
