You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no cancellation fee at least 48 hours before your booking time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your booking, you will be asked to pay, or your card will be charged £20 (on top of your deposit) towards the treatment cost. This is to cover the loss of work and loss of time.
No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost. This will be charged to the card on file which was used to pay the deposit. This amount must be paid before rebooking.
The initial £12 deposit / booking fee is non-refundable but can be carried over ONCE if the appointment is rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance.
If you need to reschedule your appointment for a second time, this will count as a cancellation and you will need to pay a new deposit.
