Ellie was accommodating to fit me in the week I needed an appointment. She listened to my vision and understood my hair needs as she consulted th create a plan for my hair. I couldn’t be happier with our experience! Ellie is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your hair. She coloured and styled my hair beautifully, and my daughter is absolutely delighted with her haircut too. We both left feeling so happy and have already booked our next appointments. At my first visit to Ellie she made me feel very welcome and made sure I was comfortable and it was clear what I was hoping to achieve. Throughout my haircut she checked in I was happy and I am overjoyed with the final result. I attended in advance of a really special family occasion and Ellie really went the extra mile to make sure my hair was what I was hoping for. Ells cabin is a really calm cosy space and I will definitely be visiting again soon ☺️
