At my first visit to Ellie she made me feel very welcome and made sure I was comfortable and it was clear what I was hoping to achieve. Throughout my haircut she checked in I was happy and I am overjoyed with the final result. I attended in advance of a really special family occasion and Ellie really went the extra mile to make sure my hair was what I was hoping for. Ells cabin is a really calm cosy space and I will definitely be visiting again soon ☺️

Ellie is such a lovely person, works hard and takes immense pride, time and care in her work. This was only my second time having colour with Ellie and I felt confident enough for her to consider some options and allow me to choose blindly. I didn’t see any of it until the end and I was thrilled with the results. The transformation is incredible and made me feel great! Ellie has experience working with a variety of people and is very accommodating. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in her field and really cares about the health of hair. I’ve been going to Ellie’s for about a year and a half now. I first met her when she was renting a space on Wellington Road, and now she has her own studio in her garden! The new studio is very cozy, and I’m always treated to tea or coffee and a Biscoff biscuit during my visit. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She always listens exactly to what I want, but also offers great suggestions when I feel like switching things up. Ellie always makes you feel welcome, and I leave the chair feeling amazing every single time.
