Lone Appointments

By Ells runs appointments on a 1:1 basis. This is so that I can provide you the best possible service and give you my sole attention.

The salon is also a small space, designed to work on a 1:1 exclusive environment.

Cancelation Policy

By Ells runs a 72 hour cancelation policy. A 50% non refundable deposit is taken on booking. Any appointment cancelled within this time will loose the deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the appointment on the day.

Consultation Forms

Consultation forms are sent so I can gather information to determine which services are appropriate. These are sent every appointment in case of any health changes. Failure to disclose any information may prevent the appointment from going ahead.

GDPR

Personal information is taken for communication purposes and to gather details to assess any possible contraindications. No information is shared and all information is stored appropriately.
