- Attend follow up appointments recommend every 2-3 weeks
- Regularly apply cuticle oil/balm and hand cream daily to help maintain your manicure, stimulate growth and prevent lifting/chipping
- Rehydrate your nails as soon as possible after washing/hand sanitiser
- Wear gloves when washing up, cleaning and gardening
- Wash hands thoroughly after use of suncream/spf, chlorine, insect repellent etc ~ Don't be tempted to pick/peel or use your nails
