PUNCTUALITY AND COURTESY Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you do not attend or are more than 15 minutes late a charge may be applied. We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment if it is your first appointment at the salon as we will need to carry out a full consultation. CANCELLATIONS Please note we hold a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If this is not adhered to you may incur a charge of the total treatment price. Failure to pay the cancellation fee, and this will result in future appointments being cancelled/unable to book appointments until the fee is paid. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 07891402038 PURCHASE OF RETAIL PRODUCTS All retail products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or ordering. LOYALTY REWARD CARD Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred, Your loyalty Card must not be transferred to a third party. Your Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Loyalty Cards remain the property of By Lauren Broe We reserve the right to without notice 1-Terminate the scheme 2- decline the issue Loyalty Cards 3- withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Card 4-Alter or amend the terms & conditions of the By Lauren Broe Loyalty Card. PRICE ALTERATION We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation. DATA PROTECTION POLICY Personal details taken from each client during consultation procedures will be stored in line with GDPR guidelines. We may on occasion send you details of open evenings, up coming availability and special promotions. If you would rather not receive marketing messages, then please let us know at the first instance. MEDICAL CONDITIONS We ask that you disclose all medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable, you can give any relevant information on your consultation card.
