Terms and Conditions
1. Deposits: A small deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total bill at the end of your appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation policy is in place to allow me to offer your appointment slot to another client. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the total treatment cost.
3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend without prior notice), you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost. Unfortunately you will not be able to rebook until this payment is made in full.
4. Card Capture: Card capture is required when booking your appointment. This is only used in the event of a no-show. Please note, if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost, and you will not be able to rebook until this payment is made in full. Payment may be taken from your card using card capture in the event of a no-show.
5. Late Policy: Please ensure you are on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed. Unfortunately, any lateness beyond this may result in the simplification of nail art or the need to reschedule your treatment depending on timing.
6. Appointment Arrival: Please arrive to your appointment alone and with bare nails unless we have discussed otherwise.
7. Treatment Outcomes & Expectations: While I strive for perfection in every service, the outcome of certain treatments may vary depending on your individual nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. Please let me know if you have any concerns about your nails before or after your appointment.
8. Aftercare: To ensure the longevity of your nails, I recommend following proper aftercare guidelines, including avoiding harsh chemicals and excessive moisture, as well as oiling your cuticles regularly. If you experience any issues with your nails post-treatment, please reach out to me. Nail fixes are free within the first week of your appointment.
9. Special Requests: Special design requests (e.g., intricate nail art) may be subject to additional charges or time adjustments. Please discuss any custom requests with me when booking, so I can ensure I have enough time and resources to meet your needs.
10. Refunds: Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer full refunds on completed treatments. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can resolve any issues or offer an alternative solution.
11. Health and Safety: I follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of all clients, including the sanitisation of tools and workspaces before and after each treatment. If you are feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of all involved.
12. Pricing: Prices are subject to change. You will be notified in advance if there is an increase in the cost of your treatment at the time of booking.
13. Photographs & Social Media: I may take photos of your nails during or after your appointment for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your nails photographed, please let me know before the start of your treatment.
