I had a Lymphatic Drainage Massage and it was such a lovely treatment. Heather was so lovely, kind and explained everything. She made me feel at ease at my first (but not last) visit to Calming Essence. Highly recommend.

I had the best and most relaxing foot massage. I was able to fully relax in a beautiful room. Which smelt and felt like a spa. I was nervous about getting my feet out but I was put at ease straight away by Heather. I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back for another one.

Well, oh my gosh. The JAPANESE FOOT SPA, I chose the Blissful Foot Spa option which was insane. Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It was incredibly relaxing, with a lovely atmosphere, Heathers calming aura and a treatment that left my feet feeling so refreshed and so so soft. On top of this I had a leg, arm and scalp massage whilst my feet were in a mask and the whole experience left me feeling completely relaxed and my feet feel fantastic! Genuinely cant remember the last time I felt this relaxed! This is also coming from someone that has never let anyone touch her feet! I would highly recommend Heather for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality foot spa, head spa, massage and everything she has to offer!

I had the most indulgent and relaxing Japanese head spa! Best treatment I’ve had in years! Heather was knowledgeable, and created a really welcoming atmosphere to truly relax in. I walked out of there feeling amazing! Highly recommend booking *any* treatment; it’s a guaranteed top tier experience. I will definitely be back! Xx

I booked in for the 90 Minutes Full Body and Scalp Hot Stone Massage and had the most wonderful experience! Heather was extremely welcoming and provided the most relaxing and rejuvenating service. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
