Heather was amazing from start to finish. So attentive and considerate of what I wanted out of the experience. The massage was so relaxing and her studio space is lovely. I will definitely be booking again!

I had the privilege of a Japanese Head Spa experience on Thursday 3rd September as a birthday present. The wonderful Heather was absolutely amazing. I have never felt that relaxed in my life. The scalp Analysis was so interesting too. The room was so calming, I will most definitely be making future Appointments with her.

It was my first time seeing Heather at Calming Essence and my experience was absolutely phenomenal! Such relaxing atmosphere, great service and I feel great. Heather is an absolute angel! Highly recommend her, I’m so grateful to have experienced the head spa ❤️

I have just been treated to a full Japanese head spa with head and shoulder massage, facial and foot massage . I feel incredible. My body and mind relaxed to such an extent that I found myself waking up 4 times during the treatment. The condition of my scalp was analysed before and after. After the treatment all signs of dryness and inflammation had disappeared. Heather was extremely professional and skilled and I would wholeheartedly recommend any of the treatments she offers. I shall be back and will be recommending her to all my friends and family. Thank you Heather!

I felt relaxed the moment I walked in the door and saw Heather’s welcoming and friendly smile and to top it off, the Japanese head spa was amazing! I’ve already been telling everyone I know to pay Heather a visit ☺️

I had a Lymphatic Drainage Massage and it was such a lovely treatment. Heather was so lovely, kind and explained everything. She made me feel at ease at my first (but not last) visit to Calming Essence. Highly recommend.

I had the best and most relaxing foot massage. I was able to fully relax in a beautiful room. Which smelt and felt like a spa. I was nervous about getting my feet out but I was put at ease straight away by Heather. I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back for another one.
