Heaven on earth 🌎 ✨️ 🙏 my partner booked a facial and full body lymphatic drainage massage for me as I had been struggling with my stress and and anxiety levels. Calming Essence was easy to find and Heather immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. I can say it's the first ever massage I have truely enjoyed and relaxed in to. I felt the treatment working straight away and am feeling much more energic since. I will definitely be booking again and have already recommended to friends and family. Just back from the most amazing Japanese head spa with Heather at Calming Essence. Heather makes you feel super comfortable from the get go. The treatment was the most relaxing treatment I've ever had and the before and after of my scalp analysis was incredible even just after one session. Will definetely be going back for more treatments!

I had a Japanese head spa with Heather at calming essence today. Ive never had one before.. all I will say is wow.. everyone needs to go and visit Heather! What a treatment! I'm usually on the go dawn till dusk. It was lovely to jump out of the rat race for this treatment and relax! Would 100% recommend a visit. The salon was relaxing and comfortable. And Heather.. she is a diamond! 🥰

Wow what an absolute delight Heather is and a fantastic therapist and top notch treatments. I had the express head spa and a foot massage add on for my first visit and both were sensational thanku so so much Heather I will definitely be a regular and the little touches of a scrunchie and a self love card 🥰🫶🏻🙌

I had the complete Japanese head spa this week and have to say from start to finish this was hands down one of the most amazing and totally relaxing experiences I have ever been treated to. The calming music,the gorgeous aromatherapy scents,the warm comfort under the blankets while I had the head spa and massage made it even better.I have also been given lots of advice going forward in scalp care Totally recommend this to you all, treat yourselves 😀

I have been wanting to experience a Japanese headspa for a while now and was told about Calming Essence by a friend, I received a gift voucher for a recent birthday and it was the best birthday present ever! Such an amazing experience, Heather is such a lovely person, she made me feel very welcome from the moment I got there, the spa itself is such a sensory thing, sounds of the water, the smell of fragrant oils and the feeling of the head massage was so relaxing I could fall asleep! My hair has also never felt so soft and shiny. I would 100% recommend anyone booking here and I can't wait to visit again 🥰

I had the most incredible lymphatic facial massage with Heather. The entire experience was so so calming—honestly it was beyond relaxing. Something I really struggle to do but it really took me to a place of still and tranquility. I noticed a real difference straight away, especially a significant reduction in under-eye fluid retention, which I’ve struggled with lately and the reason I chose this beauty treatment . My skin was glowing after wards and the smell of the products were insanely beautiful ! Heather is a truly gifted technician with a natural talent for what she does. I felt so deeply relaxed afterwards I could barely walk—it was that good. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend her enough.

First time at Calming Essence & didn’t disappoint . Heather was so welcoming & made me at ease. Japanese head spa was a gift for Mother’s Day & it was amazing! So relaxed and enjoyed every moment nearly fell asleep! Will definitely be returning for more treatments thanks again Heather.

Treated myself to a Japanese Head Spa this week and I cannot recommend it enough. I have been looking for a japanese spa for a while and came across Heather on Insta. Very easy to find and the whole experience was calming, rekaxing and enjoyable. Would highly recommend and will definately be back!
