I had an appointment for the indulgent head spa treatment on new year's eve. To say the experience was absolutely amazing would be an understatement! Heather is extremely friendly, welcoming and puts you at ease. She has a beautiful, relaxing room, and does such a professional job that I left feeling very pampered and spoilt. Have recommended to friends and family ❤️ peefect way to end the year!

I had a wonderful experience at Calming Essence Spa. I chose the Japanese Indulgent Head Spa, and the treatment was incredibly relaxing. The camera results afterward showed just how much it improved my scalp. Heather immediately put me at ease, and I’m already looking forward to my next treatment.

Another amazing hot stone back massage, Heather is so calming, welcoming and friendly, and always tailors the massage to my troublesome areas. The best 45 minute escape, in her new little tranquil room. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Already booking for my next visit 🥰

Had a Japanese Head Spa at Calming Therapies and it was incredibly relaxing — exactly what I needed after a long week. Heather really went the extra mile with the additional touches to the service. Honestly the best around. Highly recommend.
