I had the most incredible lymphatic facial massage with Heather. The entire experience was so so calming—honestly it was beyond relaxing. Something I really struggle to do but it really took me to a place of still and tranquility. I noticed a real difference straight away, especially a significant reduction in under-eye fluid retention, which I’ve struggled with lately and the reason I chose this beauty treatment . My skin was glowing after wards and the smell of the products were insanely beautiful ! Heather is a truly gifted technician with a natural talent for what she does. I felt so deeply relaxed afterwards I could barely walk—it was that good. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend her enough.

First time at Calming Essence & didn’t disappoint . Heather was so welcoming & made me at ease. Japanese head spa was a gift for Mother’s Day & it was amazing! So relaxed and enjoyed every moment nearly fell asleep! Will definitely be returning for more treatments thanks again Heather.

Treated myself to a Japanese Head Spa this week and I cannot recommend it enough. I have been looking for a japanese spa for a while and came across Heather on Insta. Very easy to find and the whole experience was calming, rekaxing and enjoyable. Would highly recommend and will definately be back!

I treated myself to a Japanese head spa massage and it was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, and the whole experience felt really luxurious. Heather is great, very friendly and so calm. The treatment itself was amazing— there were lots of treatments included in this package, including hand masks and a choice of foot or abdomen massage. I left feeling completely refreshed. It was the perfect way to unwind and feel pampered. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing treat or something a little different. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Heather was lovely, I felt comfortable from the minute I arrived. I followed the directions from the Instagram post and had no trouble finding where to go. I had the express head spa and facial. As someone who has always wanted to try a Japanese head spa I can safely say It lived up to my expectations, it was amazing. I would also go so far as to say that was the best facial I have ever had, my skin feels amazing and I don't think i've ever felt this relaxed after a treatment. Hands down a 5/5 experience would highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking.

I had an absolutely lovely time today, booked a Japanese head spa and it did not disappoint!! Will 100% be coming back and recommending to everybody I know! My hair feels absolutely amazing as well as my scalp, the before and after scalp analysis results were crazy so glad I went for the treatment I did !! I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed and had full trust that heather knew what she was doing with my hair !! Can’t wait to be back

WOW what an amazing experience my head spa was. Heather was warm and welcoming, the room was calm and cosy and smelt devine. Everything was explained to me in detail and the scalp analysis was eye opening. My scalp and hair feel absolutely incredible. Thankyou Heather, I will definitely be back soon ❤️
