I had a lovely experience at Calming Essence with Heather, I booked Indulgent Japanese head spa as well as Full Body and Face Lymphatic Drainage massage. Heather was very friendly and professional, she made sure I was comfortable and also offered cold water to drink. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and would love to plan my next visit soon.

I had the Japanese head spa express treatment and it was incredible! Heather is such a talented, lovely person, taking the time to make you feel calm and comfortable throughout your treatment💕 I left feeling so relaxed and my scalp feels renewed🤩 Both my mum and I have now had this treatment and we cannot speak more highly of it and Heather herself! I will definitely be booking in for the complete head spa soon. It’s the perfect way to unwind from a busy week. Thank you very much Heather for such a relaxing end to a busy week - I will definitely be seeing you again!🥰

I had the most amazing Japanese head spa treatment with Heather at Calming Essence this afternoon. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely relaxed and welcome. Heather was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, and you can really tell she genuinely cares about providing the best experience. The treatment itself was so calming and soothing. I left feeling refreshed, de-stressed, with my scalp feeling so clean, and my hair smells absolutely amazing. I had the Indulgent Japanese Head Spa with Heather, and it was such a wonderful experience that I booked my next appointment before I even left! From the moment I arrived, Heather made me feel completely relaxed with her calm, gentle manner. She genuinely cared about making the experience as enjoyable as possible and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. What really stood out was that she took the time afterwards to reflect on my treatment, discussing what I enjoyed and what could be done differently next time to make it even more personalised. That level of care and attention is so rare and made me feel truly valued as a client. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious treatment with someone who is kind, professional, and passionate about what they do, I couldn’t recommend Calming Essence and Heather highly enough. I had such a wonderful experience at Calming Essence. I booked a deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage facial massage, and head massage, and every part of the treatment was excellent. She is incredibly knowledgeable about what she does, and her kind, gentle, and professional approach made me feel completely at ease. Even though I arrived a little late for my appointment, she made me feel comfortable, never rushed the session, and took the time to complete every treatment properly, despite me being her last client of the day. I really appreciated her patience and dedication. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely pampered. I would highly recommend Calming Essence to anyone looking for a calming, professional, and truly relaxing experience. I'll definitely be booking again!

My first appt with Heather. She was very welcoming. Discussed my concerns. She talked me through what we were doing. When I left, I felt so much better. Heather really does have magic fingers. Highly recommend. She really deserves more than 5 stars 🌟. I've have rebooked & will b a regular client. Xx
