Treatments & Workshops • New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment/workshop will not incur charges. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment or workshop fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend will be charged at the full fee. • All deposits are non-refundable. • Please note: no refunds are given for treatments, workshops, or time reserved, as professional time and preparation are of high value.
