Makeup Aftercare Advice Thank you so much for booking your makeup with me! To keep your look fresh and flawless for as long as possible, here are a few aftercare tips: 1. Avoid Touching Your Face Try not to touch or rub your face, especially around the eyes and lips, to prevent smudging or transferring the makeup. 2. Blot, Don’t Wipe If you get shiny, use blotting papers or a tissue to gently press the area—don’t wipe, as this can disturb your makeup. 3. Carry a Touch-Up Kit If I’ve provided you with a mini touch-up kit (powder, lipstick, blotting paper, etc.), keep it with you throughout the day/event for quick fixes. 4. Stay Cool Avoid overly hot or humid environments where possible to reduce sweating or melting of the makeup. 5. Removing Your Makeup At the end of the day, always remove your makeup thoroughly using a gentle cleanser or micellar water. Follow with your regular skincare routine to keep your skin happy and healthy. 6. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities If you experience any discomfort, redness, or irritation, remove the makeup immediately and rinse your skin with cool water. Let me know if this happens so I can make note of it for the future.
