Any soreness should subside within 24/48 hours. Heat and ice can help alleviate symptoms. A warm bath or shower can help relax the muscles. An ice pack can help to reduce any inflammation or swelling.

Massage makes the body systems function more efficiently, speeding up waste removal and the elimination of toxins. After effects may include, frequent urination, headaches, thirst, sleepiness, fatigue, frequent bowel movements, nausea, skin reactions and altered sleep patterns. If experiencing any of these reactions drink plenty of water and rest.
