Rest: Allow your body time to fully relax and integrate the benefits of the massage. Avoid strenuous activities immediately after your session. Gentle Movement: Engage in gentle stretching or light activities to maintain flexibility and prevent muscle stiffness. Self-Massage: Apply gentle pressure to areas of tension with self-massage techniques to prolong the relaxation effects. Heat Therapy: Use heat packs or warm baths to soothe muscles and enhance relaxation, especially if you experience any lingering discomfort. Mindfulness: Take time to reflect on your experience and practice mindfulness techniques to continue fostering a sense of well-being.
