Every time I go to Claudia, I come out feeling a little lighter. I recently had a hot stone massage and I could feel the stress leaving my body. Could not recommend Claudia enough!

Claudia is such a genuine and thoughtful massage therapist. Every session there is such a warm welcome which makes the space feel safe. My body has been feeling so much better as Claudia takes such care to offer what I need so I leave feeling amazing.

Claudia was recommended to me by a friend who had never felt comfortable to have massage before so I was intrigued as I was looking for someone to sort out my pain issues. I'd always viewed massage as something functional to fix problems with my body but the idea that someone could make me feel more comfortable in my own body was very appealing. Claudia did not disappoint and I now book monthly to see her and am starting to build a better attitude towards my body. Rather than seeing it as a problem to be fixed I'm learning to share information with a trusted therapist and allow her to work with me to transform how I feel in my body. Claudia is an awesome combination of someone who is extremely skilled in massage work and also concerned about the whole person she is treating.

After every visit with Claudia I leave feeling mentally and physically refreshed. She has such wonderful energy and it feels like such a safe space to relax (and occasionally fall asleep, oops!). Seeing Claudia monthly for facials and massages has become an essential part of my routine and I'm so so glad to have found her.

I have lived in Cardiff since 2018 and Claudia is the only massage therapist who has managed to make me feel completely comfortable — mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally..all of it. She’s high-vibe, genuinely authentic, and somehow always knows exactly what my body needs (even when I don’t). I’ve been seeing her every month for a while now, and each session is so personalised it feels like my muscles sent her a briefing beforehand. At this point, my body considers her an essential service, not a luxury. 🫶🏾

I had a chakra cleanse and I have honestly never felt so relaxed in my life. I slept better that night than I have in a very long time. She is absolutely amazing — so friendly, caring, and genuinely attentive. From the moment you walk in, you feel completely safe and looked after. The emotional and physical benefits I felt afterwards were incredible, and the chakra cleanse now feels like something I truly need after experiencing how magical it was. I can honestly never see a day where I stop seeing her. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.
