FIRST 24-48 HOURS
DO NOT keep your hands under hot water for long periods of time (hot baths, saunas, LONG showers)
DAILY LIFE
Cuticle oil daily!
Hand cream.
USE GLOVES when washing dishes, cleaning or dealing with harsh chemicals.
DONTS
DO NOT pick, bite or peel at your nails.
DO NOT open cans or pry open things with your nails, they are accessories, NOT TOOLS.
UPKEEP
Infills/removals every 2-3 weeks.
DO NOT try to remove nails yourself this can cause damage/lifting to the natural nails.
