I DO NOT take off/work over others work, please come with CLEAN, BARE nails.
DO NOT come late, i work on a tight schedule so your late coming may run into another clients appointment. If you are 10 MINUTES late we may have to take some designs off your inspo to ensure we are finished on time, if you are more than 15 MINUTES late your appointment will be CANCELLED.
When getting infills, please get an infill every 3 weeks anything after 3-4 weeks will be a removal + new set
Make sure you book for a removal and new set after 3/4 infills to ensure nail is healthy underneath.
Make sure if getting an infill or removal to add that in your booking as it ensures I have time to do so on the day, if you do not book this and i do not have time i will not do the infill/ removal.
Make sure to cancel ATLEAST 24 hours in ADVANCE.
If you no show you will be charged a £20 no show fee.
