•a £10 non refundable deposit should be paid upon booking. Your appointment will not be confirmed without one. •if you are more than 10 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and classed as a no show. •infills should be 50% of lashes, anything less will be full set price. •payments must be paid in the studio, cash where possible.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no show on the day you will require 100% of the booking to be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
