Age Requirements: We’re sorry, but we can’t provide services to anyone under 16. If they do not have a parents consent. If you look under 18 please bring a photo ID. If you book for someone under 16, the appointment will be canceled, and full payment will be required if within 48 hours. Deposits are non-refundable.
Booking: A non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your appointment. If you cancel, the deposit is lost. To avoid losing your deposit, please be sure about your booking. If you miss your appointment without 48-hour notice, you’ll be charged in full. Pre-book your infills to get your preferred time and avoid extra fees. During busy periods, there may be a 3/4 week wait. You can amend your bookings up to 48 hours before your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full amount with added interest for late payments.
Late Policy: If you’re running late, please call us. If you’re less than 15 minutes late, we’ll do our best to fit you in. If you’re over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and you’ll still be charged for the missed appointment. We understand things happen, but missed appointments hurt our business and team.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you can’t, you’ll be charged the full amount. Deposits are non-refundable, but giving notice means you won’t be charged for the full missed appointment.
No Shows: If you miss an appointment without letting us know, you’ll be charged the full amount.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early with clean, makeup-free eyes, brows, and lashes. Extra cleaning time means less treatment time and may for your treatment . Late arrivals may shorten your service time but will still be charged in full. Less than 40% lash extensions require a full set. Book infills within 3 weeks of your last appointment.
Prior Allergies & Allergic Reactions: If you’ve had allergic reactions to lash extensions before, this treatment isn’t recommended and is non-refundable. We aren’t liable for any reactions.
Refund & Complaints Policy: Booking fees cover our time, products, and expenses. If you’re unhappy with a service, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll assess and fix any issues caused by us
Out of Hours Appointments: Need a last-minute lash appointment outside normal hours? Contact us directly; we may be able to fit you in for a £20 fee.
Eyelash Infilling: We don’t infill work from other technicians. We’ll need to remove the old set and apply a new one.
Payment Responsibility: You understand and agree that all services rendered are charged directly to you, and you are personally responsible for the payment of the agreed-upon amount at your appointment.
