All NEW clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment so we can complete a full consultation. I please ask All first time clients to come with bare nails I DO NOT REMOVE OTHER PEOPLES WORK
Personal belongings- please hang up coat and bags, and do not use mobile Phone during the service.
Hygiene- please wash hands prior to appointment & sanitise hands upon arrival.
I keep the salon and equipment clean to a high quality using navy hygiene products In between clients and deep cleaning at the end of each working day.
There is parking space available on the driveway for clients to use. Please be aware if a car is parked in the driveway that will mean I am still with a client, message me to let me Know you are here.
No children are allowed in the salon as my insurance does not cover this.
Deposits can be TRANSFERED over to future booking when RESHEDULING an appointment with MORE THAN 48HOURS notice given.
There will be a LOSS OF DEPOSIT when cancelling within 48hour period.
LESS than 24 hours notice or NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the SERVICE.
Please INFORM me ASAP if you are running late - I will allow a 10minute grace period-life happens and I get it, but to ensure fairness to other clients booked in that day anything past this and I cannot garentee I can carry out the full service but you will be charged for the original booking.
Anything later /no courtesy notice will be classed as a no show and charged accordingly
Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you are unwell get in Touch and RESCHEDULE your appointment for ANY and ALL sickness including but not limited to coughs, colds, covid 19, sickness bugs etc
If you arrive poorly I will not be able to carry out the service and you will be subject to a late cancellation FEE.
As you can appreciate This is to prevent myself and my family from becoming ill, as if I have time off I do not get paid for that time
