Aftercare

GENERAL AFTERCARE (ALL TREATMENTS)

• Do not touch the treated area for 4–6 hours

• No makeup for 24 hours

• Avoid heat (sauna, steam, hot showers, sunbeds) for 48 hours

• Avoid exercise, sweating and alcohol for 24 hours

• Use SPF 30–50 daily

• Avoid active skincare (retinol, acids, scrubs) for 3–5 days

• Keep the area clean and avoid unnecessary pressure

ANTI-WRINKLE (TOX) AFTERCARE

• Stay upright for 4 hours

• Do not rub or massage the area

• Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours

• Results begin at 3–5 days, full effect at 14 days

• Review/top-up (if required) at 2 weeks

Normal: mild redness, small bumps, slight headache

Avoid: facials or pressure on the area for 7 days

DERMAL FILLER AFTERCARE

• No makeup for 24 hours

• Apply a cold compress if needed (no pressure)

• Sleep elevated the first night

• Avoid dental work for 2 weeks

• Avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours

Normal: swelling for 48–72 hours, mild bruising, tenderness

Seek advice if: increasing pain, pale/blotchy skin, unusual colour changes

SKIN BOOSTERS (PROFHILO, SEVENTY HYAL, LUMI EYES)

• Small bumps may be visible for 24–48 hours

• No makeup for 24 hours

• Avoid active skincare for 3–5 days

• Avoid heat and exercise for 24 hours

MICRONEEDLING / META THERAPY

• Redness similar to sunburn for 24–48 hours

• No makeup for 24 hours

• Avoid active skincare for 5 days

• Use gentle cleanser and hydrating serum only

• Avoid sun exposure and use SPF daily

CHEMICAL PEELS

• Mild flaking may occur

• Do not pick or peel the skin

• Avoid active skincare for 5–7 days

• Keep skin hydrated

• SPF daily is essential

DERMAPLANING

• No makeup for 24 hours

• Avoid active skincare for 48 hours

• SPF daily

• Skin may feel extra smooth or sensitive for 24–48 hours

WHEN TO CONTACT THE CLINIC

• Increasing pain

• Unusual swelling

• Rash or hives

• Mottled or patchy skin

• Signs of infection (heat, pus, fever)
