Aesthetics Treatments (Injectables, Skin Boosters, Advanced Skin)

Booking Fees

• All aesthetics appointments require a non‑refundable, non‑transferable booking fee.

• Any reschedule requires a new booking fee, regardless of notice period.

• Prescription and perishable products are ordered/allocated specifically for your appointment and cannot be reused.

Cancellations – More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

• No cancellation fee applies.

• Booking fee is not refunded or transferred.

• To rebook, a new booking fee is required.

Cancellations – Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

• A 50% charge of the appointment cost applies.

• Booking fee is forfeited.

Same‑Day Cancellations / No‑Shows / Late Arrivals

• A 100% charge of the appointment cost applies.

• Booking fee is forfeited.

Facial Treatments (iS Clinical, Dermaplaning, Peels, etc.)

Booking Fees

• All facial appointments require a booking fee.

• Booking fees are non‑refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations – More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

• No cancellation fee applies.

• Booking fee may be transferred once to a new appointment.
