A lash lift may be affected by how you sleep. I would recommend not having a lash lift in the evening where possible.
To preserve a lash lift while sleeping, it's best to sleep on your back to avoid pressure and friction on the lashes. For the first 24 hours after the lift, try to avoid sleeping on your side or face. If you're a side or stomach sleeper, consider using a supportive pillow or a 3D-contoured sleep mask to protect your lashes. Additionally, using a silk pillowcase can minimize friction and help maintain the lash lift.

The products in Brow Bomb Lamination have a protein composition based on liquid keratin to encourage hair growth and form a protective film around the hair strand, meaning brows maintain natural health, shine and density, without damage.

Hi 👋 Thanks so much for your spray tan booking. I look forward to seeing you soon. Iv popped some information below to help you get the best spray tan possible.
Firstly please please please do not over think this appointment. We all have the same bits and bobs and I have seen it all. Please don't think I'm stood tanning you and judging you. I'm more than likely thinking 'ouch my knees, I hope I can get back up!' We all have bits about ourselves we don't like. And a spray tan usually makes all them things seem a million times better! So just let it alllllll hang out and I'll spray tan all your worries away !
So first things first... prepping the skin!
☀️ Please try arrive with no moisturiser or deodorant on your skin. This will create a barrier and prevent your tan sticking to the skin. The deodorant will cause a barrier and can also make your tan turn green. (I can provide baby wipes to remove deodorant, so don't panic)
☀️ Do not shower/Bathe at least 8 hours prior to your appointment. This will help your body's natural PH level settle and be the perfect base for your tan.
I'd rather you come smelly and the perfect pH levels rather than squeeky clean!
☀️ Pleaseeeeee shave 24hrs prior to your appointment or after your appointment. Or not at all ! Free the bush ! 😂 We want to avoid filling your open pores with tan and leaving you with Strawberry skin. Also any waxing is best to have a minimum 3 days prior to your tan. The wax will remove a few layers of skin so it can affect the smoothness of your overall tanning results.
I personally like to spray tan when I'm hairy. Let my tan settle over night/during the day. Then as I'm rinsing off my tan, use an oil free body wash or shave gel and lightly shave. I find this gives me the best results!
Do not be ashamed to turn up hairy !!!!

Ffs razors (friction free shaving) and there post shave balm. Honestly, life saving if you suffer with ingrown hairs. My fellow hairy gals will feel me on this !!
☀️ Exfoliation !! This is a game changer. The week running up to your tan is prime exfoliation time. Your skin cells renew each month and we need to scrub away that top layer or dead dull skin. This will ensure that your tan goes on smoothly and evenly. And will even help prevent that tiger bread looking skin.
Product recommendations -
Exfoliating gloves. Everywhere sells these and I tend to get the pound land ones.
Rose and Caramel Purity Scrub. This is a game changer ! Perfect to prep the skin but also amazing for when the time come to remove your spray tan. I can not recommend this enough.
☀️ Moisturise !! The week running up to your tan make sure your drinking plenty or water and moisturising your skin daily. This will make sure any rough and dry patches are getting prepared for the tan. Just remember your last shower before your tan... no moisturiser !
So.... now we know how to prep the skin. How should you arrive to your appointment?
🍑 Loose clothing and no bras/socks. Try wearing items that won't leave any indentations on the skin. Including socks ! The perfect outfit to arrive and leave in is PJs and slippers.
🍑 Makeup free if possible ! If not, I do have makeup remover so don't panic too much!
🍑 No deodorant or moisturiser on the body. And a lightweight moisturiser on the face. If you have recently had your brows tinted you may want to add some vasaline to your brows. I do also provide this. This will prevent your tint from changing colour.
🍑 Hair tied/clipped up. The perfect hair would be a nice slicked back pony or Bun with a conditioning treatment in your hair. This will help your baby hairs stay up in the hair cap and protect your hair from staining.
What to expect when you arrive. So, I work from home and I live on a very quiet street with lots of free parking. Nobody will bat and eyelid when they see you leaving all sun-kissed in your pj's! They have seen it all with me as a neighbour 🤣
Hair caps and sticky feet protectors will be provided alongside makeup remover, baby wipes, vasaline, and moisturiser.
We will have a good chat about your tanning wants and needs. Your skin and any tanning issues you have encountered previously. And we will talk through colours of tans, depth, and undertone. And create your perfect tan.
I will mix up the tan and give you some privacy to get undressed. You can be as naked as you like! Most people opt for fully nude. But if you feel more comfortable leaving underwear on please feel free to do so. I also have a range of paper underwear for smaller tan lines.
I will them moisturise any dry areas, pop your cap and sticky feet protectors on and get you in the spray tan tent.
I will explain all the spray tan movements... I swear this burns calories! And will spray you with a nice even coverage and dry you off with the tan hose to prevent any running.
Then we remove all protective items and let you get dressed back unto your comfies!
And that's you all tanned and a glowing godess !
Depending on the tan you choose. Some are 1hr tans and others develop up to 8hrs. You choose when to wash the tan off.
Post spray tan I would recommend a luke warm shower with PH balancing and oil free wash. A light shave if needed and then moisturiser!

Try avoid hot and steamy environments to extend the longevity of your tan. Saunas, baths etc!
Moisturiser will help prolong the life of your tan. Just avoid anything oil based as this will break down the tan.

Firstly please please please do not over think this appointment. We all have the same bits and bobs and I have seen it all. Please don't think I'm stood tanning you and judging you. I'm more than likely thinking 'ouch my knees, I hope I can get back up!' We all have bits about ourselves we don't like. And a spray tan usually makes all them things seem a million times better! So just let it alllllll hang out and I'll spray tan all your worries away !
So first things first... prepping the skin!
☀️ Please try arrive with no moisturiser or deodorant on your skin. This will create a barrier and prevent your tan sticking to the skin. The deodorant will cause a barrier and can also make your tan turn green. (I can provide baby wipes to remove deodorant, so don't panic)
☀️ Do not shower/Bathe at least 8 hours prior to your appointment. This will help your body's natural PH level settle and be the perfect base for your tan.
I'd rather you come smelly and the perfect pH levels rather than squeeky clean!
☀️ Pleaseeeeee shave 24hrs prior to your appointment or after your appointment. Or not at all ! Free the bush ! 😂 We want to avoid filling your open pores with tan and leaving you with Strawberry skin. Also any waxing is best to have a minimum 3 days prior to your tan. The wax will remove a few layers of skin so it can affect the smoothness of your overall tanning results.
I personally like to spray tan when I'm hairy. Let my tan settle over night/during the day. Then as I'm rinsing off my tan, use an oil free body wash or shave gel and lightly shave. I find this gives me the best results!
Do not be ashamed to turn up hairy !!!!

This will ensure that your tan goes on smoothly and evenly. And will even help prevent that tiger bread looking skin.

Exfoliating gloves. Everywhere sells these and I tend to get the pound land ones.
Rose and Caramel Purity Scrub. This is a game changer ! Perfect to prep the skin but also amazing for when the time come to remove your spray tan. I can not recommend this enough.
☀️ Moisturise !! The week running up to your tan make sure your drinking plenty or water and moisturising your skin daily. This will make sure any rough and dry patches are getting prepared for the tan. Just remember your last shower before your tan... no moisturiser !
So.... now we know how to prep the skin. How should you arrive to your appointment?
🍑 Loose clothing and no bras/socks. Try wearing items that won't leave any indentations on the skin. Including socks ! The perfect outfit to arrive and leave in is PJs and slippers.
🍑 Makeup free if possible ! If not, I do have makeup remover so don't panic too much!
🍑 No deodorant or moisturiser on the body. And a lightweight moisturiser on the face. If you have recently had your brows tinted you may want to add some vasaline to your brows. I do also provide this. This will prevent your tint from changing colour.
🍑 Hair tied/clipped up. The perfect hair would be a nice slicked back pony or Bun with a conditioning treatment in your hair. This will help your baby hairs stay up in the hair cap and protect your hair from staining.
What to expect when you arrive. So, I work from home and I live on a very quiet street with lots of free parking. Nobody will bat and eyelid when they see you leaving all sun-kissed in your pj's! They have seen it all with me as a neighbour 🤣
Hair caps and sticky feet protectors will be provided alongside makeup remover, baby wipes, vasaline, and moisturiser.
We will have a good chat about your tanning wants and needs. Your skin and any tanning issues you have encountered previously. And we will talk through colours of tans, depth, and undertone. And create your perfect tan.
I will mix up the tan and give you some privacy to get undressed. You can be as naked as you like! Most people opt for fully nude. But if you feel more comfortable leaving underwear on please feel free to do so. I also have a range of paper underwear for smaller tan lines.
I will them moisturise any dry areas, pop your cap and sticky feet protectors on and get you in the spray tan tent.
I will explain all the spray tan movements... I swear this burns calories! And will spray you with a nice even coverage and dry you off with the tan hose to prevent any running.
Then we remove all protective items and let you get dressed back unto your comfies!
And that's you all tanned and a glowing godess !
