Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost. Deposits cannot be moved to alternative dates, treatments, or transferred to another person.
Rescheduling
Unfortunately, appointments cannot be rescheduled once booked. A new booking and deposit will be required.
Cancellations
Any cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, I reserve the right to refuse the appointment. In this case, your deposit will be lost.
Patch Tests
For treatments that require a patch test, it is your responsibility to book and attend this prior to your appointment.
Failure to attend or book a required patch test will result in loss of your deposit.
Medical Information
It is your responsibility to declare any medical conditions, medications, or allergies prior to your appointment.
Guests & Children
Please attend your appointment alone unless part of a pre-arranged group booking.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the studio, as they are not covered by my insurance.
