Terms of Service

Add your Terms and Conditions here... Your deposit will be lost if you cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, appointments can not be rescheduled. Deposits can not be moved to other dates/appointments/treatments. Deposits can not be transferred to other peoples bookings. Any cancellations within 72hrs of your appointment will be charged at the full price of the appointment. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, I have the right to refuse your appointment. Deposits will be lost if you do not attend/book a patch test for any appointments that require one. Please note it is your responsibility to book patch tests. It is also your responsibility to declare any medical issues and/or allergies. Please do not bring any children under the age of 16 with you to your appointment as they are not covered by my insurance.
