I had the most incredible experience with Kelly at Elite Beauty Training Co. 🤍 I booked in for the Japanese head spa and facial, and honestly… it was pure relaxation from start to finish. The whole treatment felt so luxurious and calming — you can tell Kelly has so much knowledge and passion for what she does. The head spa was unreal, I’ve never experienced anything like it. The massage, the warm water, the products… I could have fallen asleep it was that relaxing. My scalp felt so refreshed afterwards, and my hair was left feeling amazing. The facial was just as beautiful — my skin was absolutely glowing when I left. Kelly really takes her time, explains everything, and makes you feel completely comfortable and looked after. Her space is so welcoming and cosy too, you instantly feel at ease. It’s such a lovely, personal experience — not rushed at all, just proper self-care. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. If you’re thinking about booking, do it… you won’t regret it 🤍✨

She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, talked me through the full process, and explained everything so clearly. You can tell straight away how knowledgeable and experienced she is. The brow mapping alone was amazing — seeing the shape mapped out to suit my face gave me so much confidence that I’m in the best hands. Kelly is such a perfectionist and really cares about getting everything just right. I left feeling so excited for my treatment and completely reassured.
