Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total balance. • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the total treatment cost before rebooking. • One reschedule is permitted per booking with at least 48 hours' notice. 3. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. If possible, we will try to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed. • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment. 4. No-Shows • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost before booking future appointments. 5. Refunds & Treatment Policy • All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss possible solutions. • Results vary per client. No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes. 6. Age Restrictions • Clients must be 18+ for aesthetic treatments and 16+ for beauty treatments, unless stated otherwise. Proof of age may be required. 7. Health & Safety • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment. • If you arrive unwell, we reserve the right to refuse treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited. 8. Payment Methods • We accept cash, card payments/Contactless & Bank Transfers. 9. Training Courses • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training spot. • Full payment must be made before the training date. • If you cannot attend, rescheduling may be available, subject to availability and notice period.
