Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialised gentle massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the drainage of lymph fluid from tissues to the circulatory system.
Conditions that are commonly treated with MLD: lymphoedema, post surgery recovery, lipedema, post cancer treatments and rheumatoid arthritis (during non flare ups)
