You will receive an email/text message with a consultation form attached, this form must be completed before your appointment. By signing the disclaimer you are confirming that your answers are correct, please read carefully as this is for your safety. 

Cancellations

Card details will be captured upon booking via SOLO, this will NOT take any payments unless required (cancellations,no shows). If you do not turn up for your appointment 50% of the total cost of your appointment will be charged to your card. If you cancel your appointment 24/48h before your appointment 50% of your appointment cost will be charged to your card. Please message me if you need to reschedule in this time frame.

If you have not turned up to your appointment 2 times and try to book again, a deposit will be taken before you can secure your appointment.
