Treat your nails like jewels not tools! Use the pads of your fingers not your nails.

Avoid excessive heat in the first 24-48 hours after, sunbeds, saunas and prolonged baths can soften enhancements.

Apply cuticle oil daily, hydration stimulates growth and prevents lifting.

Wear gloves when washing up or cleaning, submerging hands in water and exposing them to harsh chemicals can damage nails, and cause enhancements to lift or chip.

Avoid picking or peeling the enhancement, this can cause severe damage to the natural nail.

Please get your enhancement professionally removed, do not pick them off.
