Terms & Conditions

○ Consultation : A client consultation form must be completed before any treatment starts.

○ Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment .

○ Arrivals: Please arrive on time, a grace period of 15 minutes is allowed, after that the appointment may be treated as a no show.

○ Children /Guests: Due to limited space please arrive to your appointment alone.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE POLICY

○ Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment ,.

○ Late fees/No Shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of deposit. No shows will also loose deposit. Frequent no shows may result in no longer being able to book.

○ Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we reserve the right to shorten your service or reschedule , While still charging in full.

SERVICES AND PAYMENTS

○ Refusal of service : we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, including those with apparent nail infections or contagious illnesses.

○ Infilling others work: We do not infill other salons work, these require a full removal and new set.

○ Payments: Payment methods accepted Cash or bank transfer. Payment must be made before you leave the salon. Prices are non negotiable and are subject to change.

GUARANTEE AND REPAIR

○ 72-hour guarantee: If chipping or lifting occurs within the first 72 hours of your appointment , repairs will be completed free of charge.

○ After 72-hours: After 72 hours repairs will be charged at our standard repair rate.

○ No refunds: We do not issue cash refunds, but will gladly rectify any issues within the guarantee period if reported.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

○ Allergies/Conditions: Clients must Inform us of any nail infections , skin conditions or allergies prior to service .

○ Removal Safety: Gel and enhancements must be removed professionally. Damage caused by improper removal at home is not our responsibility.

PRIVACY

○ Your personal data (phone number, email etc) is used only for appointment reminders and contact regarding your service.
