1. Consultation Booking •A non-refundable consultation deposit of £50 is required to secure a consultation. •Deposit is deducted from the cost of the treatment if carried out the same day. •Consultations allow us to: •Assess your aesthetic goals and expectations •Review your medical history and suitability for procedures •Provide a personalised treatment plan
2. Treatment Booking Deposit •Certain aesthetic procedures require a treatment deposit at the time of booking. •Deposit is applied towards your treatment cost on the day of the procedure.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling •Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. •48 hours notice: deposit can be transferred to a new appointment within 90 days. • 48 hours notice or no-show: deposit is forfeited. 4. Late Arrival • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling. • Deposit may be forfeited if late arrival prevents a full consultation or treatment.
5. Refunds • All deposits are non-refundable except in the rare event the salon cancels.
6. Medical & Safety Considerations • Clients must provide accurate medical history. • Any procedures deemed unsafe will be postponed or declined. • Salon reserves the right to refuse treatment if client's health or suitability is in question.
7. Exceptional Circumstances • Emergencies or serious illness may allow deposit transfer at management discretion.
8. Agreement • By booking a consultation or treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
