I’ve been going to Jo for treatments for years now and she really is incredible at what she does. Her space is absolutely gorgeous — so bougie, luxurious and beautifully thought out — and the products she uses are always amazing too. One of the things I love most is that you never feel rushed. Jo always gives you so much time and attention, often going beyond your actual appointment time, which makes the whole experience feel really personal rather than just another booking in the diary. Over the last few years, she’s also become a genuine friend, which makes every visit even more special. She’s warm, caring, incredibly talented and always makes you feel completely at ease. I had the most incredible facial with Jo at Enhance Beauty, and it truly surpassed every other facial I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, her attention, care, and presence were so mindful that the full three-hour experience went by in minutes. Jo is deeply talented—she has such a wonderful touch, and the massage elements (including foot, shoulder, neck, and head) feel incredibly personalised and in tune with the person she’s treating, not just the treatment plan. Her little sanctuary is beautifully ambient, comfortable, and instantly calming. What made it even more special was her warm, personable approach. She’s knowledgeable, engaged, and gives 100% every time. The experience left me feeling like I’d escaped for a spa weekend—refreshed, relaxed, and cared for. My skin looks fantastic, and I also loved the thoughtful details: a takeaway mint tea, a chocolate, and samples of the products used. It was such a beautiful, complete experience. Honestly—this is the best facial I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). Book in ASAP—you won’t regret it.

I received a 75 minute facial voucher from my daughter for my birthday. What an amazing gift! It was far more than a facial, starting with a foot then shoulder & neck massage. The products Jo used smelt amazing and by the end, my skin looked great and I felt totally relaxed and refreshed. Can’t recommend Jo and her treatments highly enough.

Jo is a wonderful, caring and extremely kind lady , providing the best experience. From the first meeting she has made me feel relaxed and looked after.Her treatments are just amazing, her massages are to die for and the facial is tailored to your own skin needs. My skin has never looked so good, even my husband is truly impressed! After your treatment you feel revitalised and ready to take on the world. I cannot recommend Jo enough, she is amazing! I have recently had a facial/ massage after having tension headaches and they completely disappeared after my treatment. Jo is so welcoming and her therapy room is beautiful and modern. The bed is so comfortable you just sink into it and it’s so cosy and warm you are completely relaxed throughout. Jo is very knowledgeable and really knows how to use lymphatic drainage and massage to take away tension and leave you feeling completely refreshed. My skin was glowing after the facial and also looked to have lifted. I would really recommend booking this treatment you will feel wonderful afterwards.
