Age Restrictions
Peel Treatments: These advanced treatments are strictly available to clients aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested prior to treatment.
Medical History & Clearance
All clients are required to complete a comprehensive consultation and medical history form before any treatment takes place. This ensures suitability, safety, and the best possible results.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent procedures that could affect treatment outcomes.
Treatments will only proceed where there are no contraindications identified during consultation.
Please note that failure to disclose accurate information may result in treatment being declined or discontinued, and Enhance Beauty Prestbury cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects arising from withheld information.
Treatment Results & Expectations
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary based on factors such as lifestyle, genetics, and skin health. Enhance Beauty Prestbury does not guarantee specific results from any treatment or product.
Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- Agree to provide accurate medical information.
- Accept that your treatment plan will be designed based on professional assessment and clinical judgement.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward your final treatment cost.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice; your deposit can then be transferred once and used within 30 days.
Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours & will result in loss of the deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook.
Late arrivals will lose time from their treatment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the full treatment fee will apply.
These policies help protect both your time and mine, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers can be used towards treatments or retail products.
- Gift voucher bookings may be rescheduled once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- After one reschedule, or if less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the voucher will be treated in the same way as a cash booking and the value of the missed appointment will be deducted or the voucher forfeited in line with the cancellation policy.
