From the moment I walked into the treatment room, I felt the calm ambience immediately. Katie talked me through the treatment and encouraged me to make myself comfortable, I felt totally at ease. I was tucked under a blanket, with soothing background music playing, the aromas of incense floating in the air. The facial was incredible, it felt like I flitted between consciousness and the most relaxing dreamy state of mind. I didn't want it to end. Afterwards I feel so light and calm, I can't wait for a great night's sleep!

Grief is always a hard subject to work with but Katie works with compassion, care, empathy and understanding. I received a reading from Katie and a family member came through who she’d have known absolutely nothing about. She mentioned details that had relevance to only me and would have meant nothing to anyone else. She delivered her reading softly and I felt in safe hands putting such a hard subject in her trust. I’ve been to Katie for nearly a year now. She is a fantastic individual who always helps you see the positive in everything.
