Had a wonderful reiki facial with Katie today. It was so relaxing and the natural products smell amazing. Felt refreshed like I’d had a nap! The addition of the reiki helped the pain of my ME flare which I’m currently having. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I walked into the treatment room, I felt the calm ambience immediately. Katie talked me through the treatment and encouraged me to make myself comfortable, I felt totally at ease. I was tucked under a blanket, with soothing background music playing, the aromas of incense floating in the air. The facial was incredible, it felt like I flitted between consciousness and the most relaxing dreamy state of mind. I didn't want it to end. Afterwards I feel so light and calm, I can't wait for a great night's sleep!
