My first experience of reiki and I found it so helpful. Katie creates a safe supportive space. She explained the session and what to expect (and not expect!) clearly and the session was so helpful and interesting in what I experienced. I would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful reiki facial with Katie today. It was so relaxing and the natural products smell amazing. Felt refreshed like I’d had a nap! The addition of the reiki helped the pain of my ME flare which I’m currently having. Would definitely recommend.
