Your safety is our priority, so patch testing is required before selected treatments.
A patch test is needed if:
Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you are unsure whether your service requires one, please check the service description on the booking website.
Booking Your Patch Test
Patch tests are to be booked alongside your treatment appointment.
If you are unsure which treatment to book, please book a Consultation & Patch Test so we can assess your brows/lashes and carry out the required testing at the same time.
There is no need to send a message to arrange this — everything can be booked directly through the booking site.
Please ensure your patch test is booked in advance and within the correct timeframe before your treatment.
Important Information
Patch testing is mandatory and non-negotiable.
We operate a strict no patch test, no treatment policy in line with our insurance requirements and health and safety guidelines.
There are no waivers or consent forms that can override this, regardless of previous treatments or experience.
If a required patch test has not been completed at least 48 hours before your appointment, we will be unable to carry out your treatment.
Please also note that if no patch test has been booked, we are unable to rearrange your appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice, in line with our cancellation policy.
Patch testing is required for any treatment that involves tints, lifting solutions, or chemical processing.
The following treatments require a patch test:
Lash Treatments
Brow Treatments
Combination Treatments
Important to Note:
Treatments that involve waxing, shaping or mapping only (with no tint or chemical products) do not require a patch test.
