A non-refundable booking fee applies to all appointments.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with more than 72 hours notice, and the booking fee can be carried over to the new appointment. This must be within 30 days of the original appointment.
Terms
No-shows, appointments changed or cancelled with 72 hours or less notice will be subject to a 100% fee plus 1.2% & 20p transaction fee.
Patch Tests
For your safety, a patch test is required to be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not book a patch test in time, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee will not be refunded.
Service Changes
If you change your appointment to a lower cost service, you will still be charged the full amount of the original service.
