Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day.
Appointments are accepted automatically through the booking system. Walk-ins may be available subject to availability.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Full payment may still be required.
Nail Health
Please inform me of any allergies, infections or damage to your nails before your appointment.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe it may cause harm.
Repairs
If you experience lifting or issues within 3 days of your appointment, please message me and I’ll fix it free of charge. After this period, repairs will be chargeable.
