Please read before booking. By booking an appointment with Gel by Ellie, you agree to the following:

Client Safety & Booking Policy

As I work from a home-based studio, I prioritise keeping my space safe, private and comfortable.

I may review profiles before confirming bookings, and clients must have a visible presence (such as a profile photo or social media).

If I am unable to verify who you are, I reserve the right to decline the appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Full payment may still be required.

Nail Health

Please inform me of any allergies, infections, or damage to your nails before your appointment.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe it may cause harm.

Repairs

If you experience lifting or issues within 3 days of your appointment, please message me and I will fix it free of charge. After this time, repairs will be charged.
