Massage aftercare

•drink plenty of water •avoid any strenuous activities directly after your massage •stay warm, keep those muscles relaxed! •it’s normal to feel a little tender after a firm massage, take it easy. •book regular massages to keep on top of those knots and tense muscles (as often as you’d like!)

Lash lift aftercare advice

For the first 24 hours: •do not get lashes wet •do not use steam rooms or saunas •avoid direct contact with sunlight •no makeup •no touching! After 24 hours: •apply a lash serum daily •use non oily makeup remover •brush lashes upwards daily Treatment can be maintained every 6-8 weeks

Lash extensions aftercare

DO NOT PICK YOUR LASHES! Try not to touch them too much, the oils you leave behind on them may weaken the bond of the glue and cause fall outs. It’s normal for lashes to drop out, on average you lose up to lashes a day. For the first 24 hours: •avoid getting the lashes wet •no saunas/steam rooms or swimming pools •avoid direct sunlight After 24 hours: •brush lashes morning, night and after showering •cleanse lashes daily with a suitable lash shampoo/cleanser • pat dry after cleaning. Try not to be too rough with them •try to sleep on your back, or invest in a lash extension friendly sleep mask. This will stop lashes getting crushed •book infills no later than every 3 weeks

Pedicure aftercare advice

•Allow all product to sink into the skin before showering/bathing •apply a foot cream daily •book in for regular pedicure treatments (6-8 weeks) •Never cut toenails too short as this increases the risk of ingrown toenails
