All bookings over £25 require a £15 deposit to be paid at the time of booking. your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
CANCELLATIONS – LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the original appointment price.
This charge must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
CHANGES TO TREATMENTS – LESS THAN 48 HOURS’ NOTICE
Please make sure you book all the treatments you require when making your appointment.
If you change or remove a treatment with less than 48 hours’ notice, and this reduces the value of your appointment, the original appointment price will still be charged.
