All bookings over £25 require a £15 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non refundable if less than 48 hours is given for cancellation. if you need to cancel or reschedule, please allow 48 hours or more, your deposit can be transferred to the new booking date or refunded where 48 hours or more notice has been given.

Some treatments require patch testing, this will be discussed if necessary and if you do not have the relevant patch testing, the treatment will not be carried out. Payments to be made by bank transfer, cash or card before I leave at the end of the appointment. Consultation forms need to be completed before each booking to ensure all details are up to date and the treatment is safe to be carried out.
