Media Release and Consent

I hereby grant permission for Glam Beauty By T to capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings of my image, likeness, and/or voice taken before, during, or after my eyelash extension services. I understand that this content may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, and I agree that no payment or other compensation will be provided for the use of such materials. I acknowledge that these materials may be edited, copied, published, exhibited, or distributed through various platforms, including but not limited to: * Social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) * Business website or online portfolio * Marketing materials (digital or print) * Educational or training content for lash technicians I waive the right to inspect or approve the final version of any media in which my likeness appears and release all rights to royalties or other compensation related to the use of such content. I understand that my image or recordings may be publicly displayed online or in promotional materials within an unrestricted geographic area. Should Glam Beauty By T wish to use the media for any purpose not listed above, I will be consulted for additional consent. This release is valid indefinitely and applies only to the content captured during the eyelash extension sessions associated with this agreement.
