Attend regular appointments. (Recommended usually every 3 weeks dependent on growth and usage.)

Apply cuticle oil twice a day.

Use nails as jewels not tools.

Avoid picking your nails.

Avoid acetone.

Remove nails professionally.

Careful when opening doors or pulling ring on cans or tins.

If possible, wear gloves when washing up, cleaning and gardening.
