Please let me know if you are going to be late so i can see if there is still time to complete your treatment. If there is not going to be enough time we will reschedule. If you do not reschedule your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If you would like to rearrange an appointment to a more convenient time, please allow 48 hours notice, otherwise your deposit may be effected.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, if you are unable to give the 48 hours notice, and you are unable to attend the appointment, your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
