Patch Test Policy
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your appointment
This involves applying a small amount of the product to the skin to check for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. Although reactions are rare, they can occur even if you have had the treatment before.
Patch tests are mandatory for all new clients and for existing clients who:
- Have not had the treatment within the last 6 months
- Have experienced any changes in health, medication, or pregnancy
- Have previously had a reaction to any products
Failure to attend your patch test or refusal to have one carried out will result in your appointment being cancelled, and you may lose your booking fee.
