Appointments & Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Free cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment

Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% charge

Same-day cancellations or no-shows = 100% charge

Unpaid fees must be cleared before booking again.

Booking Guidelines

Make sure you select the correct service when booking

New clients must arrive with bare nails

If you need removals, please add this to your booking

I do not infill work from other salons

Arrival & Lateness

Please arrive on time. More than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and a 100% charge.

Nail art

Book the correct level of nail art (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

If unsure, feel free to send inspiration beforehand

You will be charged for the time booked, even if you choose a simpler design on the day

Payment

I use an app called spot for payments. You scan the QR code in the salon and it guides you how to pay. I also accept cash and can take contactless card payment if needed
