By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance. A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. This will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation if it impacts subsequent clients.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in loss of booking fee or full service charge.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payments
Full payment is due at the end of your appointment unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Nails – BIAB & Gel Polish
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, nail disorders, or sensitivities prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

A patch test is recommended for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin. By proceeding with a spray tan, you acknowledge the risk of skin reactions and accept responsibility.

Results & Satisfaction
Due to individual differences in skin, nails, lifestyle and aftercare, results may vary. Refunds are not offered for services already carried out. If you are unhappy, please raise concerns during or immediately after your appointment so we can address them where possible.
Hygiene & Safety
For the safety of all clients, we operate strict hygiene standards. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of infection, contagious conditions, or behaviour deemed inappropriate.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. We cannot accept liability for loss or damage.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate manner.
