• Avoid water for the first few hours - avoid immersing your nails in water or exposing them to excessive moisture for the first few hours after your manicure and/or pedicure. • Moisturise regularly - keep your nails and cuticles hydrated by applying cuticle oil and moisturising creams daily. This helps prevent dryness and keeps your nails flexible and healthy. • Wear gloves for household chores - protect your manicure by wearing gloves when doing household chores such as washing dishes or cleaning with harsh chemicals. This helps prevent the products from lifting or chipping prematurely. • Avoid nail biting or picking - resist the urge to bite or pick at your gel/biab manicure and/or pedicure, as this can damage the polish and weaken your nails. If you notice any lifting or peeling, book in for a repair. • Be gentle with your nails - treat your manicure and/or pedicure with care to extend its longevity. Avoid using your nails to scrape off stickers or perform other abrasive tasks that could cause damage your nails. • Schedule regular appointments - depending on the growth of your natural nails and the condition of your gel/biab, you may need to schedule regular maintenance appointments every 2-3 weeks.
