Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment value.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment value.
I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, as a small business, late cancellations have a significant impact, and this policy helps protect my time and income.
For mobile and large bridal bookings, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date. Full details will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to avoid impacting other clients. In some cases, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
Client Responsibility
To achieve the best possible results, clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment preparation and aftercare advice provided at the time of booking and available on this website.
Skin preparation, previous tanning products, skincare use and aftercare can significantly impact the development, longevity and overall finish of your spray tan.
While every effort is made to deliver flawless, professional results, outcomes may vary depending on individual skin type, preparation and adherence to aftercare guidance.
Any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medical concerns must be disclosed prior to your appointment.
Patch Testing & Skin Sensitivity
Patch tests are available for clients who have not previously had a spray tan, have never used self-tanning products at home, or who consider themselves to have particularly sensitive skin.
If you would like a patch test prior to your appointment, please get in touch and I will be happy to arrange this. Patch tests can either be carried out at the studio or posted to you where appropriate.
If you have any known allergies, skin sensitivities or medical concerns, these must be disclosed prior to your appointment to ensure your treatment is carried out safely.
Refunds
Due to the nature of spray tanning services, refunds cannot be offered once a treatment has been carried out.
If you have any concerns regarding your tan, please make contact within 24 hours of your appointment so that the matter can be assessed and resolved where possible.
Results & Development
Spray tanning results can vary depending on individual skin type, hormones, medication, lifestyle and aftercare. While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, exact colour depth and longevity cannot be guaranteed.
