Welcome to Glow By Amelia, a space created for soft, refined and confidence-boosting beauty.
I am based at Saints Salon, Westdale Lane (NG4) on Wednesdays & Thursdays, offering a calm, luxury environment for all nail services — including BIAB, gel manicures, gel toes, hard gel overlays, hard gel extensions, and Swift Tip extensions.
All nail treatments are salon-based to ensure the highest level of comfort and quality.
If you need a nail appointment outside of Wednesday or Thursday, please get in touch ~ additional days can be arranged depending on availability.
For spray tanning, you can choose the experience that suits you best: in-salon or mobile. I use premium, skin-loving formulas to create a flawless, natural glow.

Pre Spray
- All other beauty treatments are to be done prior to your tanning appointment!!!
For the best results moisturise your body in the coming weeks/ days to your appointment to ensure hydrated skin = flawless tan 🤎
Shave (no moister strip) / Wax / Exfoliating must be done no less than 24 hours before service using a loofah or exfoliation mitt. Give some extra LOVE to your knees, heels and elbows!!
2-4 hours before your appointment Wash thoroughly with a GEL body wash. (Avoid Dove) After showering DO NOT apply ANYTHING to your skin including moisturiser, deodorant, perfumes or make up.
If your appointment is straight from work etc don’t worry! Just wear minimal makeup, avoid perfume/ moisturiser and keep deodorant to a minimum, I can use prep spray for these types of appointments ✨
Be sure to wear loose fitting, dark clothing to your appointment. Anything tight will rub your tan off before it develops. No closed footwear!! Flip flops only
Unfortunately I cannot spray on sunburned or peeling skin so please ensure you are using SPF in the coming weeks if required ☀️

Here are some TIPS how to make your golden glow LAST!
Do not apply moisturiser, deodorant or makeup until after your first shower.
While your tan is developing try to avoid any physical exercise, heat or other situations where you may sweat.
DO NOT get wet... If this does occur, pat the area affected with a clean dry cloth.
Take a Cool Water ONLY Shower for around 45 seconds (water runs clear), blot or pat dry and moisturize while you are still damp.
Avoid any oils, bars of soap e.g. dove etc
If you have dry skin moisturize 2 times daily. ▫️ I recommend Aveeno/ Palmers Coco Butter/Cerave/ Cetaphil/ Shea moister illuminating body
Once showered off, the tan will continue to develop overnight. True results will be seen in the morning!
Shorter, cooler showers = longer lasting tan
Try to avoid being in Swimming pools, jacuzzis etc for too long as the chlorine will strip the product from your skin!
Start gently exfoliating on day 4/5 for an even fade of the tan.
Above all please still use SPF if you will be out in the sun as the tan does not protect your skin!
