Glow By Amelia – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Glow By Amelia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of any services. By booking an appointment with Glow By Amelia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Services

Glow By Amelia offers professional beauty services including:

• Spray Tanning – available both mobile and in-salon
• Nail Services – including BIAB, gel, hard gel, and extensions Nail services are offered exclusively at SAINTS Salon on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

All treatments are carried out using premium, high-quality, professional products designed to prioritise skin and nail health.

3. Bookings & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

4. Payments

• Full payment is required within 24 hours of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
• Glow By Amelia accepts cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours, Glow By Amelia reserves the right to charge the remaining balance to the card on file.
• By booking, you authorise Glow By Amelia to process outstanding payments where necessary.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• 48+ hours’ notice: No charge (deposit retained).
• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service cost will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged.
• Emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered at my discretion.

6. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services unless there is a verifiable issue that cannot be reasonably resolved.

7. Client Responsibilities

• For mobile spray tanning, clients must provide a suitable space with adequate ventilation.
• Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care advice provided.
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.

8. Liability

Glow By Amelia is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects where relevant information has not been disclosed. Patch tests are recommended where appropriate.

9. Parking Policy (Mobile Appointments Only)

If direct parking is unavailable and paid parking or excessive walking distance (over 5 minutes) is required, a surcharge may apply. Please inform me at the time of booking.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

Glow By Amelia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
