💳 Payments

Cash or bank transfer only to be paid at appointment. If paying in cash, try to bring the correct amount as change may not always be available.

👤 Appointments

Please arrive alone to your appointment unless agreed beforehand.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to accommodate anyone under 16 years old.

⏰ Lateness

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and a late cancellation fee will apply.

💭 Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer your slot to another client.

💸 Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total.

🚫 No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full amount of the missed service will be charged,
